Boots may already have a few favorite things like chasing toys and cuddling on laps, but she has big dreams too. Every cat deserves a bucket list, and here is what is on hers while she waits for her forever family.
1. Find her person (or people).
This one comes first. Boots is looking for someone who loves playtime as much as she does and does not mind sharing their lap. Extra love if they have other cats because she is a total social butterfly.
2. Master a new trick.
Boots already knows how to stand on her back legs, and it only took her five minutes to learn. Next up, maybe a high five or a spin. She is smart, curious, and loves showing off.
3. Chase every toy in the house.
Feathers, balls, and toy mice all deserve her attention. Boots takes her playtime seriously and believes in giving every toy at least one dramatic pounce.
4. Nap in every sunny spot.
A proper cat nap is an art form, and Boots intends to perfect it. She will stretch out, wiggle into her favorite pose (thanks to her swimmer’s syndrome, she has some pretty cute ones), and soak up the sunshine.
5. Learn to trust the robot vacuum.
She is still a little suspicious of that noisy thing, but she will get there. With a bit of time and patience, Boots can handle anything.
6. Fill her forever home with love.
More than anything, Boots wants to bring joy, laughter, and snuggles to the people who choose her. She may walk a little differently, but her heart is full of love and adventure.
